After hiking about for a painting location in Sunapee Harbor I decided the sweep of the Sugar River as it winds under the walking bridge behind the Livery was too good to pass up. I could just see the clock in the cupola through the trees along the river walk. I met a lot of lovely folks and their wonderful canine friends. It was a really fun day of plein air painting.
